Life in Colorado

Life in Colorado

In case you haven't heard, we sold our house and moved Bayou Bones and Tan to Pueblo, Colorado. Bubba, our neighbors Mike and Norman, my poppa, and some friends from the neighborhood helped pack up our entire shop, while me and my sister tag teamed the house and kids. With help from our friends at Mountain West Tannery, we were able to drive two of the biggest U-Hauls a thousand miles to our new home. How's life in Colorado, you ask? Well, it's great. We set up shop in a 1400 square foot heated and air conditioned building where I get my own office and have finally been able to move all of the FDH supplies out of my kitchen. The best part of everything: No more salt in my house!! The kids love their new schools and our home which is a 75 year old renovated beauty with super old world quirks and a great fenced in landscaped back yard. We keep thinking one day we will wake up and this will have all been a dream. We do miss our family and our dear friends but will go back yearly to visit. I've finally got caught up with orders and my processing time should now turn back to normal. A great big thanks for the patience from those of you who ordered an FDH and had an extended processing time due to our move. Exciting news coming later this year, can't tell ya yet but stay tuned!! The WIFE
